Warrenties
All items are supplied as fit for purpose.
Engines have a 60 day warrenty this covers the unit only,
Other items supplied i.e Carburettor, Distributor, Coil, Starter motor, Alternator, plugs and leads are all supplied gratis therefore are not covered under the agreement.
All other items have a 30 day warrenty and are covered by our returns policy (see below).
Sale of goods
M&M's reserves the right to change it's pricing of goods and services at anytime.
Written quotations will be valid after such a change and only upto 30 days from date of quote
Customer orders will stand until the conclusion of that order.
Any advice given freely to an individual regarding the use or fitting of products is not that of the company and thus will not be held liable.
Returns
M&M's will refund full sales price (excep carriage) on parts returned to us within seven days of reciept of goods.
the following conditions apply
a) Goods are returned the same as they were sold and are not damaged in anyway.
b) The goods have not been used, fitted or tampered with.
c) The customer is liable for the return carriage costs to us.
M&M's will exchange items that have been incorrectly supplied for equal product, customer must inform within seven days of reciept of goods.
M&M's will offer credit note to the value of product or sales price less 25% re-stock fee items incorrectly ordered by the customer (cutomer liable for all carriage cost from and too M&M's) within seven days of reciept of goods.
